Unbreakable Strength 50+ Club

Which Member Type Are You?

Before we dive into training, we need to understand where you are - because the right approach for you is completely different from someone else's.

There are 4 distinct member types, each with their own starting point, challenges, and path forward. Read through them below, then take the 2-minute quiz to find yours.

The 4 Member Types

Most people over 50 fall into one of these categories. Which one resonates with you?

Type 1

The Non-Gym Person

You've never been a gym person and the thought of it doesn't appeal — yet you want to be strong, mobile, capable, and independent.

  • On and off with exercise — starts well, then life gets in the way

  • Finds gyms intimidating or simply unappealing

  • Knows something needs to change but hasn't found the right way in

  • Wants to feel capable and independent without it feeling like punishment

Type 2

The Active but Stuck Person

You've always been active but what you're doing is either too much or no longer working. You push hard, get injured, rest, see a physio, then repeat the same cycle.

  • Pushes hard, gets injured, rests, then repeats the same cycle

  • Being active is a core part of who you are — losing it would be devastating

  • Sees a physio regularly but never fully fixes the root cause

  • Needs a smarter, more sustainable approach — not less training

Type 3

The Same-Routine Person

You go to the gym or do classes regularly but nothing has changed in years. Deep down you know you could be stronger — and you've been carrying the same niggles for a while.

  • Consistent for years, but results have completely plateaued

  • Carries a few niggles they've learned to work around

  • Routine feels safe and familiar, even if it's not moving them forward

  • Needs a fresh layer of structure and challenge — not a total overhaul

Type 4

The Well-Rounded Person Ready for More

You have a good balance of movement, strength, and cardio — but you know there's another level. You want structure, clear goals, and to unlock new capabilities.

  • Trains consistently and already has a solid foundation

  • Has outgrown generic programmes and random workouts

  • Wants structure, clear milestones, and real, measurable progression

  • Ready to unlock capabilities they don't have yet
